The Nano IFAK is the result of a collaboration between North American Rescue® and Blue Force Gear®, featuring NAR's premium trauma first aid components with BFG's cutting edge custom designed bag. The Nano IFAK features rapid single-hand access by simply pulling the BLIP pull tab to remove the insert and access the medical supplies. Additionally, the NANO bag is designed with an external tourniquet holder and Naloxone pouch (Naloxone not included), allowing swift access to critical life saving gear without opening the main compartment. With the ability to mount vertically or horizontally on a belt or MOLLE platform, it delivers the perfect marriage of optimized cube space with life saving trauma kit capabilities.
The Nano IFAK has two mounting options – featuring a belt mounting slot for a duty belt or MOLLE for compatible plate carriers or other gear:
The Belt mount features a simple, lightweight, and durable way to quickly attach the Nano IFAK to any duty belt or pants belt 2 in. or smaller. Constructed out of Blue Force Gear's ULTRAcomp high-performance coated fabric laminate, the backer offers a stiff yet low-profile and reliable mounting solution for either horizontal or vertical carry.
The MOLLE attachment features Blue Force Gear's two-way Helium Whisper attachment system that allows for pouch mounting both vertically and horizontally. BFG's patented Helium Whisper attachment system is the lightest and strongest MOLLE style attachment system available and is the choice of the most elite professionals.
